Do Exercise and Be Happy
Exercise stimulates the chemical functions of the brain which create happiness. Among the happiness hormones, dopamine is one of the hormones which create happiness. We can best increase the level of dopamine in the brain by exercise. When we exercise, the heart rate increases, and we put our body under a controlled stress by hormonal activity. When we do these exercises sufficiently, our body deals with the stress factors we experience in our lives in an easier manner.
