FITNESS RULES OF USE
1
The fitness area may only be used by individuals aged 18 and over.

Sports activities are not permitted in the fitness area or any sports areas while wearing shoes used outdoors.

Exercise must be performed wearing sports shoes and appropriate sportswear.

Exercise is not permitted with dirty or foul-smelling clothing.

If you experience headache, dizziness, palpitations, or fatigue before starting exercise, please have your blood pressure checked and inform the instructors about your physical condition.

You should feel physically well before starting an exercise program. If you have any medical condition or are pregnant, please inform our fitness instructor.

Guests with heart, vascular, blood pressure, or similar conditions must use the fitness center only after receiving medical clearance from a doctor.

Please do not speak loudly in a way that may disturb others. Prolonged phone calls are not permitted.

Please return the equipment you use to its proper place.

Do not leave treadmills running. Please stop the treadmill before leaving.

Towel use is mandatory during exercise.

Please inform our fitness instructor about any equipment that is broken or that you believe to be malfunctioning.

Please ask our fitness instructor for assistance to use the machines correctly. Do not use the machines for purposes other than their intended use.

While exercising, keep your hands and feet away from the moving parts of the machines (weights, cables, and pulley sections).

Please do not change the location of the equipment.

Do not use the equipment while wearing wet clothing or swimwear.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the fitness center.

Using fitness equipment under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Please do not bring valuables into the fitness center.

Akra Antalya management assumes no responsibility for accidents that may occur while using any sports areas, or for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
