Children Should Exercise
Physical activity has positive effect on the growth of children. Studies showed that the risk of suffering from blood pressure, diabetes, colon cancer, obesity and coronary heart disease at an older age decreases significantly in the children exercising every day.
Some children may experience stress, depression and anxiety just like the adults do. Children exercising are more alert physically and mentally.
It is observed that there is an improvement in school success and skills in children performing physical activity.
